We have our own supply of water available from 2 sources - utilising our state of the art reverse osmosis plant which is capable of processing 13,0000 ltrs per hour. This is primarily used in:
- Alcoholic Products / Wine / Beer / Cider
- Non Alcoholic Beverages
- Capacity : 300,000ltrs per day depending on delivery location.
Understanding Spring Water Quality and Treatment
Our spring water, sourced from deep beneath the earth’s surface, naturally contains a rich blend of minerals that have dissolved from the surrounding rock formations over time. These minerals include essential elements such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate. While these contribute to the unique composition of groundwater, it’s important to note that the water we supply is of consistently high quality. This is primarily due to our state of the art Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treament plant.
To ensure the safety and purity of our groundwater, we remove any harmful microorganisms. This process is essential in making the water completely safe for consumption. Our treatment plant processes allows us to reduce the levels of iron and manganese, which can occasionally be present in higher concentrations.

All of our treated water undergoes rigorous and frequent testing to ensure that it consistently meets the strict criteria set by the Auckland Regional Public Health Service.
