Due to the stringent requirements of manufacturers and industry standards for water supply, Carlton Haulage has heavily invested in a state of the art RO plant in order to ensure the best quality of water from it's water supply.
Production Capacity: 13000ltrs per hour

Key Components of a Reverse Osmosis Plant:
- Intake System: Draws water from a 80mtr bore.
- Pre-Treatment System: Removes larger particles and chemicals that could damage the RO membranes. This include activated carbon filters, and chemical dosing systems to adjust pH or remove chlorine.
- High-Pressure Pump: Increases the pressure of the water so it can pass through the RO membranes.
- RO Membranes: The heart of the system, where water is forced through the membranes, leaving impurities behind.
- Post-Treatment System: Depending on requirements, may include additional filtration, UV disinfection, or pH adjustment to ensure the water is safe and meets required standards.
- Storage and Distribution: Treated water is stored and then distributed for use, such as drinking water, industrial and commercial manufacturing processes.
