Key Components of a Reverse Osmosis Plant:

  1. Intake System: Draws water from a 80mtr bore.
  2. Pre-Treatment System: Removes larger particles and chemicals that could damage the RO membranes. This include activated carbon filters, and chemical dosing systems to adjust pH or remove chlorine.
  3. High-Pressure Pump: Increases the pressure of the water so it can pass through the RO membranes.
  4. RO Membranes: The heart of the system, where water is forced through the membranes, leaving impurities behind.
  5. Post-Treatment System: Depending on requirements, may include additional filtration, UV disinfection, or pH adjustment to ensure the water is safe and meets required standards.
  6. Storage and Distribution: Treated water is stored and then distributed for use, such as drinking water, industrial and commercial manufacturing processes.
